Established in 1991, Propump Engineering Ltd. were the first foamed concrete specialists in the United Kingdom. Originating in equipment manufacture but quickly moving to encompass the entire design and production process of foamed concretes for site and lab purposes. We provide a world-renowned service, supplying major infrastructure and construction projects with bespoke mix designs and materials.
Foam concrete is an incredibly useful material used to produce large volumes of relatively low strength void filling material; it can easily be pumped long distances and will fill most cavities. Foam concrete is very fluid and flowing, it will "search" without requiring levelling or compaction, Foam Concretes will flow through trenches and encapsulate pipes, fittings and obstructions.
With a continued policy of research and development, ProPump Engineering have designed a range of ProFoam (TM) mixes for an ever-widening range of applications. The specially designed mixes are formulated to enable our in-house designed and built equipment to manufacture and pump foamed concrete distances of over 200 linear metres.
Working with clients all over the world, we welcome new enquiries and challenges from prospective users of foamed concrete whether it be from a logistics viewpoint or a specification driven enquiry. Propump Engineering have the ability to advise on the use of foamed concretes, their durability, placement and suitability in the given environment.
Site surveys can be an important step to ensuring a foamed concrete project runs smoothly. There are environmental factors that affect the placement of foamed concrete, but would not be considered when placing a conventional concrete with large aggregate. Likewise, many things can be done with a foam concrete.

We used Propump to fill in our indoor swimming pool with foamed concrete. The job was completed to our complete satisfaction, on time and in budget. The Company is responsive and professional answering all of my questions and queries in the lead up to the work being completed. Would have no hesitation in recommending Propump to anyone looking to fill in a swimming pool or other large void.
