Upon leaving school in 1966, my father became a butcher and went on to establish SH Mills butchers in 1978 on the Stratford road in Hockley Heath. I too followed my father into the butchery trade when leaving school in 1990. I established my business in Henley-in Arden in 2005 where I thoroughly enjoyed serving the people there for 13 years, before deciding to combine businesses with dad so that he can take things a little easier.

Just brought some smoked back bacon from this place and the quality was next level. proper thick cut. The best thing about it was when I got home and cooked it, hardly any water came out, which for me is a sign of good quality meat that hasn't been pumped full of water to increase weight. This is only a simple item, but judging by the quality of it, I will definitely be returning for more expensive cuts based on this. 5*, 10/10, A1. 👍
