My name is Jill Rickard. I am an Advanced Accredited, Registered, Quality Assured Network Childminder based in the Canford Heath area of Poole in Dorset. I am registered to look after six children under eight. We are a non-smoking household. I undergo regular training to keep my standards to a high level and have completed an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development.

Services
The EYFS is a stage of children's development from birth to the end of their first year in school. Ofsted make sure that we all meet the 5 Welfare Requirements, and The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). In addition I am a Quality Assured Network Childminder which means, in order to become a member, I had to be assessed against strict standards set in accordance with the National Childminding Association Quality Charter.
I like to offer children the chance to visit various 'child friendly' places so that they can be stimulated and educated (of course after I have conducted a professional risk assessment). In fact anywhere, where the children can have FUN! I check the children's toys and equipment on a regular basis to make sure they are not broken, and are kept clean and hygenic.

I have the originals if you would like to see them, but I am sure you will realise that I cannot quote individuals names for privacy reasons. Firstly, I would like to say how sad I am to be moving out of the area, because my partner and I believe Jill has been a rock for our son (child's name).
