We were already at a hotel the premier inn on west Nile street, but this one was a cheaper alternative as soon as we got there and seen the room basically everything was was filthy and the bed had stains on it and the phones they have in their room was sticky and had things on it and also. The bath was dirty I would have gave it 0 stars if I could

BRILLIANT STAFF! Was welcomed in and treated fantastically. I could not be happier with the stay I've had. Nothing the staff can do about loud streets, they provided an amazing breakfast, lovely room, cleaning is brilliant and the front of house staff just wowed me. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Massive bedroom with 4 poster bed, parking behind hotel. Very central for everything. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay and the bath would have taken a day to fill but very quiet and room was great. Woman on reception was very helpful. Will stay again .

Nice period Hotel within one minutes walk from the pubs and restaurants on Byres Road. The staff were friendly and polite. I had room number 10, which was large and spacious. There is parking around, but it's for only three hours maximum. Good value for £72 for one night, however, I'm basing that price on the rip off London prices !!

The staff looked after us very well. The banter was unreal. Cathy and Cathrine you did a fantastic job for putting up with us for 3 weeks. Good breakfast and nice and tidy rooms.

The lovely Liz offered us exceptional customer service and was genuinely enthusiastic about Scotland. She went out of her way to suggest several things for us to see and do on our road trip.
The room we stayed in was average, but good for the price with £5 for parking out the back. Be warned that there is no elevator though and the steps are killer with heavy bags.

I didn't expect much from the Clifton Hotel but after a week in the worst AirBnB in the WestEnd I was ready for somewhere that didn't make me want spray an entire bottle of fabreeze every time I walked through the front door.
First things first. The staff were great - incredibly friendly, really helpful and arguably the best thing about the stay. Catherine was really obliging and I couldn't fault any of them.
My room was fine. Small but clean, and by the looks of it had recently had some mild renovations. There was a bit of damp and some burns on the carpet but the bed was comfy, the shower worked
