Trelawn Boarding Kennel is an excellent kennels, my dog Bailey always comes home smelling fresh and looking exercised (which can't be said of all kennels he's been to). The staff are very friendly and he clearly loves them. They are really easy to find on the A361 just outside of South Molton. I drive along the link road to get to the motorway so it's really convenient for me.
We looked at many kennels, as our dog can be nervy of new situations. He's now been to stay at Trelawn several times and gets on so well, the staff are fabulous with him. He enjoys a run around in the enclosed field area and lots of cuddles. Always greeted with a happy hound when we collect him. I can't recommend Trelawn highly enough.

So I'd like to start by saying before we took our fur babies to kennels I was near on crying with worry about leaving them for a week when their used to sleep in bed with us. I now feel ridiculous because Flynn our spaniel absolutely loves going!
To the point where I open my car door and have to brace myself because he pulls himself on the lead to where he knows the kennels are, buster our puppy cockerpoo who had his first visit recently clearly adored Sally and they both came back totally healthy and happy.There's a very select few I trust with our dogs and the trelawn family are part of that select few.

Absolutely amazing home from home for our beloved doggy. He loves it so much, we only have to mention George and Sallys name and he gets so excited! Our boy walks off with them and doesn't look back. He's a tricky dog, very reactive and powerful, but we feel absolutely confident leaving him with Sally and George and he clearly adores them.
These are the most friendliness kennels I have used, my little dog shows excitement when arriving and has no worries when walking away which puts my mind at ease. Sally and George are great with the dogs, I would recommend this kennels to all my friends and family it's fantastic value.

I was recommended to try Trelawn and I can see why !!! Sally and George really look after your dog as well as having great facilities to keep your dog well exercised and happy . I would definitely not hesitate in using them again .

We used Trelawn for the first time last week, leaving our dog for 8 nights. Sally, George and Molly were fantastic, making us feel at ease when we dropped our dog off. When we got back, authough he was pleased to see us, we could tell he'd had fun and had been well cared for. We paid for him to have a bath before we collected him and he looked and smelt lovely. He loved Molly and I think he was a little sad to leave. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Trelawn.

We are so glad that we have found these kennels for our rescue dog! Initially searching for the right place it was disheartening that other kennels turned us away before even meeting him because he's not good with other dogs, but Trelawn invited us along for a tester session and we believe it all happened for a reason! We understand that our dog… isn't the easiest but the whole team were excellent with him and are willing to put that extra care in to ensure he is well looked after. When we went on holiday for the week we were sent videos to see our dog so happy and running around, which

Sally and George are accommodating and kind and I leave my two collies every morning knowing they will be safe and looked after and happy when I collect them. They have great knowledge of dogs (breeds/behaviour etc) and even advise a 'trial day' for new dogs to make sure potential new boarders are happy in a kennel environment before they stay for real!
Long story short - all staff lovely, experience and knowledge fab, my dogs are happy and I am confident they are well looked after every day!
