Tom was such a nice and helpful guy, and really seemed to know his stuff. He was really responsive and managed to slot us in at short notice. Without trying to confuse us with jargon or sell us something we didn't need, he explained everything clearly and used his equipment to show us the condition of our stove, flue liner and cowl.

Tom from Wood Stove Fitters has just installed two wood burners in our house. We chose Tom based on a recommendation and would based on our experience certainly recommend Tom to others. Tom is very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. He successfully dealt with the challenges presented by our Victorian chimneys. We feel that we have ended up with a first rate job and a great looking installation.
