Could not fault Topstak! Absolutely excellent service from James in sales, nothing was too much trouble. Due to us restoring our house, James came out several times to offer us options. So glad we chose Topstak as their fitters, Paul and Adam, we’re excellent. Clean and tidy and nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend Topstak.

Ive never posted a review on anything before but I feel so strongly that I needed to today , I purchased a Cotswold wood burning hot tub from Topstak which got damaged by the wind because the stack is not fixed in at all it just sits there so it’s not fit for purpose , the customer service I got from topstak and Cotswold is appalling and I will… never buy from again , I was told to avoid this problem again is to build a tall fence around the tub and then I would have no view, they said because it was the wind they would not help in anyway not even some discount on the parts I needed

We have just had a woodburner installed by Topstak, Cowbridge. From the moment we visited the showroom for the first time until our woodburner was installed. we have had an exceptional customer experience with Topstak. Barrie was absolutely amazing in guiding us to make our choice; very knowledgeable and informative about options available and nothing was too much trouble. Hywel installed our woodburner a few weeks later and once again the level of service and high quality standard of work from him meant that in two days our woodburner was ready to be lit! I recently purchased a new log burning fire from here. They came out done an assessment and quoted a price. It was such a fantastic experience. The guy came out and within 2days all done to an immaculate condition, he even saved the wallpaper. I love it, it's so relaxing watching the flames dance around inside the fire. I find myself just watching the fire now and just listening to the TV.......

We had a stove installed in a new build house yesterday. The advice before purchase and the installation went extremely well. Popping in today and ordered a log store for inside the lounge and once again had… wonderful service from Phil. The installation men were very polite and efficient. All done in one day. Highly recommended.

The people at Topstak are wonderful! I first visited them about a year and a half ago and was impressed by pretty much everything. They have a really gorgeous showroom, displaying a good selection of stoves and accompanying accouterments, some of which are state of the art, as well as offering a good range of faux antique options. They also stock some excellent safety equipment, which is something they are keen to promote.
