My car was suddenly rumbling and misfiring having been fine the day before.and my Amber engine management light was illuminated. Mercedes wanted £174 just to look at it and couldn't do that for about 5 days! D&D said they were extremely busy but could put my car onto their diagnostic machine for £42 in the hope the issue may be resolved but the issue would be identified at the very least. They couldn't promise to be able to repair.and were very upfront about this. I went ahead as I needed to know if it was just a minor issue that could be sorted. They said my fuel injector wasn't working correctly

They are totally excellent! Thorough, understanding, knowledgeable, extremely professional and very kind!
My partner is a Carer and relies on her little Toyota Yaris car 100% to drive to the Care Home in Romney Marsh from Ashford on a daily basis for her 13-hour shift.
When things go wrong and stuff needs sorting with her car on the hurry up, D&D are always fantastic, and get her sorted as quick as they can!
They even give her a (free of charge) lift home, and come to collect her to pick up her car when car is ready for collection

Communication at D&D is second to none, you're told what the work will cost before it starts and there are regular updates throughout. The numerous staff are professional, knowledgeable, polite, engaging and cheerful. Work is thorough and fully garanteed. In the rare instances that things don't go quite to plan D&D go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. They're not cheap but quality and peace of mind rarely is, you get what you pay for

My car broke down, suspected clutch. Was attended and unable to fix so taken to D&D. They advised they had a full diary but would try to fit in as car on site. They kept me informed throughout of problems found and costs involved and work was completed sooner than expected. I found them very professional and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Thank you.

MOT yesterday , was very impressed with reception area , never seen so many workers , but all were very friendly and helpful, no slouching on a stool here, they were all working hard, taking calls, giving advice, they all seemed to know what they were talking about. MOT was a pass, and I didn’t feel that they would rip me off like some places. A very friendly and family oriented business, highly recommended .
