Bought two front tyres from their Faversham branch in February, which I have just had to replace yesterday 09-10-21, as my tracking was out causing the tyres to wear rapidly on the inner edges.
They fit me in straight away to have two new tyres fitted, and the tracking done after quoting me £36 over the phone for the tracking alone. When I arrived, that price went up to £80 for the tracking, as they said I needed all four wheels aligned. But I expected that to be included in the initial quote of £36. They certainly never asked if I wanted all four, or just the front wheels aligned, and I just
