What great service !! Having used other companies, I found RANKS to be the most accommodating with the widest selection of stock. Even when they didn't have items available at time of order, they went above and beyond to expedite replacements and in a couple of cases, they even air freighted balance garments. The quality of garment is second to none especially with regards to mis-shaping or colour fade. We highly recommend and have changed from having 4 main suppliers to only RANKS. Ive had nothing but problems with Ranks. Their clothes are good quality but they never have it in stock????? I ordered a Hoody as a sample. They sent it 2 sizes too small ( like a little child size ) even though it says' Large Adult ' and refused a refund me. Never again will I try and create a business relationship with these people. They are not just incompitent, they are cheats .

Fantastic quality clothes, which my customers love - I have not found better.
The customer service and speed of delivery is excellent.
My only issue is stock availability.
When an item is out of stock for a long while, it is very difficult trying to explain to my customers who obviously do not want to wait. I therefore have to supply garments from other manufacturers, which are not as good quality and cost me more to buy-in.
I am so pleased I found this supplier, as the garment quality has really furthered my business.
I highly recommend them!!
