Excellent service from the guys at Northstar IT. Our reception pc at work was running slow causing hold ups with dealing with bookings and taking payments. They managed to diagnose the issue remotely and then upgrade the pc on-site, working around my ‘open 7 days a week’ business. They were professional, friendly with good easy to understand communication. Highly recommended.

Northstar are a friendly, professional and very helpful team who will help you with any technical issues. They tend to get a lot of calls from our team (Prime Stables Ltd) and these can be from the easiest tasks (like password protecting a word doc) or to the hardest of tasks (like the servers making a funny noise :) ) everyone at North star always have the can do attitude and each and everyone of them will not stop helping you until you're satisfied. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an IT team that will make your life easier with computers :)

First class staff and service I would not hesitate to recommend Northstar IT to other businesses, friends and family. Christian and his team are brilliant! They are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they are also very patient and never make you feel silly for asking any question. We have been dealing with Captain Christian and Northstar for some time now and the service that they provide is second to none, they are always very helpful and professional. They recently attended to fix the main computer in our office and fixed the issues within a day. They are very friendly and helpful and have a great network of helpful staff on the phone. Over the moon!
My PC had decided that enough was enough of this home working and died. It is under warranty but I haven't been able to get hold of anyone it is under with to get it fixed. We use Northstar for our IT support at work and I decided to see if they could help. Well, they went above and beyond. They tried remote fixing it but that didn't work, we then went down other routes to see if it could still be fixed under warranty but to no avail (all require the seller to contact them, who I can't get hold of) They then had to take the pc and get it fixed at their office (keeping to all social
