We have a prime location in Devon's premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, just 600 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag beach, sand dunes and 500 acre nature reserve. Oakcliff is an 8-acre holiday park laid out in lawns and parkland around an elegant Georgian house complete with a heated outdoor swimming pool and children's playground. Set in a prime location in Devon's premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, just 600 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag beach and 500-acre nature reserve.
We have three individual mews cottages refurbished for the 21st century from the original coach house of our lovely Georgian House. We also have a brand new Oak Cottage which was part of the original Georgian estate and has been fully revamped but still retaining original features. Two-story cottage with a spacious lounge/dinner with modern kitchen area on the ground floor.
Our Luxury Lodges and Mini Lodges are tastefully furnished with huge open-plan kitchens and dining areas, bathrooms and showers. All of our Luxury Lodges and Mini Lodges come with their own private hot tub, enjoy an evening unwinding under the stars. All Lodges are individual but have a similar specification to the description.
With this in mind when choosing our holiday homes we make the point of making sure that they all meet higher standards than you would normally expect. All are fitted out to above English Tourist Board Standards and are decorated to a high standard. Central heating is included with our caravans to ensure you are not caught out on a chilly evening and makes those winter breaks truly special.

The staff are friendly, love the added touch of a welcome box & toiletries, I have stayed on alot of sites in Dawlish Warren & this one is by far the best. Lovely clean well equipped caravan, Also I fell in love with their frying pan & they went out of their way to get me the make, came to our van so I could take a picture of it . We will definitely be coming back & recommend oakcliff to our friends. Thank you guys 😊

Lovely cottage in a nice location at the top of a hill. Added bonus of having a hot tub to relax in after a busy day.
All nice and clean, beds comfy.
Would definitely go back there again.
Only down side was no wifi access. Paid £20 for 3 days on 3 devices which i think in this day and age is a total rip off, should be free - and still couldn't get access, not brilliant when you've got 2 kids.

Family trip enjoyed age range 0-40 no major complaints.
Clean sister site to Ladys Mile which is a short drive up the road walkable if able bodied.
Outside swimming facility onsite on both parks. Inside Swimming at Ladys miles. Entertainment for adults and children medium sized Clubhouse, finding seating during peak time not as bad as we had read in other reviews.
Beach near by also walkable providing u can handle the hill back up 🙃 Beach has a fair ground reasonably priced most rides £2.
