It's a great place to stay in general, the Lodge's are incredible. Hot tubs of several occupants had problems, but staff quick and efficient in sorting out of hours.
Alot of people not amused to be charged so much extra on New Year to get into club house or the Car park Marquee. It was set up for camp entertainment revellers. Was a fun night though, great silent disco. A good night dispite being kicked out to watch rubbish fire works out of camp i think? at midnight. Auld Lang Syne and more music and fun next year please! Love the chalets and z Lodge's can't fault either.

We stayed in a 'luxury lodge' with a hot tub for a week. The lodge was very spacious, but we felt was lacking the luxury element. There were no cushions on the sofas (so we had to use our pillows), no net curtains (so neighbours could see right in), no bathmat (had to use one of the 4 towels we got) and even no corkscrew. The site was busy and plenty to do, but looking a little tired in places. Overall we had a great week, but in terms of value for money, we've seen better and won't be returning.

Will definitely be going back here. The lodge we stayed in was fabulous. Hot tub was well used. Pool was great for our 2 year old grandson. Evening entertainment for the children provided. The items we purchased in the on site shop were very reasonably priced. Dawlish Warren within walking distance

Absolutely love coming to the park, stayed for 2 weeks in a lodge and its been amazing, lodge is very modern and literally like home from home, has everything you need, park is clean and tidy and staff go above and beyond to fix any issues raised, they now have facilities in the clubhouse for the dogs which is amazing as it was nice to sit and have a drink, on site chip shop is lovely! As always will definitely come back !

Haven't been for a couple of years. But we never enjoyed our stay here. But each to their own. We found it to overcrowded and everyone seemed to be onto of each other in the camping field. Toilets and showers cleaned regularly but a pain to keep clean as so busy. No fault of the staff. Clubhouse we only visited once because if you never got their really early you never got in. And queued for an hour just to get in the outdoor pool. Good for big families needing to camp together. But it just wasn't for us.

Lovely place to stay very central for visiting attractions. The place is very large theres plenty of showers, toilet and laundry facilities. It could do with a larger entertainment building for the size of the park although there is an outdoor bar.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact you are not allocated a pitch. Not so great when you want to be next to someone your travelling with as you would be lucky to find 2 pitches next to each other, which to us is a big part of the camping experience.

Negatives: have to navigate your way around a very large site looking for a pitch, an indication from reception general areas where spaces most likely available would have been helpful, though I get being able to pick your own pitch good in a lot of ways. There are a lot of sloping pitches, they are large but still feel on top of other campers. We chose to go to the quieter area in the end but still very busy.
Booked as dog friendly site but found although you can take your dog into the main entertainment building you are put in a back side room where you cannot see or feel involved in the entertainment
