We are situated just a 5 minute walk to Skegness town centre and the sea front attractions including Skegness Pier and Natureland. All of our bedrooms include freeview televisions, beverage making facilities, towels, hair dryers and toiletries. All Bedrooms are Non Smoking, smoking is allowed outside on the front patio.

The Linroy offers Car Parking (limited), Free Wifi, Dining Room with Traditional English Breakfasts and has been graded as 4 Star Accommodation. What a place, If you fancy going to Skegness, look no further. Linroys guest house is 110%, clean, welcoming, great food and more. I really cannot thank them enough, i will be booking up for next year & for many years to come.

Linroy is a lovely bed and breakfast what seems to me to be high standard well decorated spacious and very clean hosts angie and mick was welcoming our room was immaculate and of good size well equipped and a TV a nice ensuite shower breakfast was full English generous size and well made location is just a few minutes to shops or seafront I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anybody absolutely lovely although a little expensive

Lovely guest house within close proximity of the pier and shops. Stayed in room number 7, very comfortable double bed, little lounge area and en-suite. Highly recommend a visit.

Super central yet quiet location, close to the sea front, pubs and eateries.
