The Grafton comprises 13 en-suite letting rooms, 7 of which are located on the ground floor and are ideal for those who have difficulty in managing stairs.

A wonderful hotel indeed. I had no idea before I entered into the hotel, how good the owners are and everything well maintained. I booked even without paying anything, as there is no option to pay online. However they booked my room just over a phone call. They serve very nice breakfast and always caring for you. A huge thank you for all of your help during my stay.

Stayed here for a night as was in Skegness for family party.
The rooms were well set out and everything had been carefully thought about. There was even a fridge in the room. The bathroom was good and even had cotton pads, ear buds and little bags. Most places don't seem to pay close attention to the little details like this.
The owner was a lovely lady and was happy to help with whatever she could.

We loved our stay at The Grafton, Jean and Ivan are a wonderful couple who are kind, polite, caring and lovely. we would never think of going anywhere else as it's true what they say " you go as a guest and leave as a friend". We would highly recommend going to anyone. Oh and the breakfast is top class xxxxx
