Awful service. Placed an order through Amazon, they say they have stock in so placed the order and paid the money. Then get an email to say they don’t have stock and order is cancelled, payment returned in 5-7 days. Checked online at another pair of trainers, says they have two in stock so phoned up and they have 0. They take your money, cancel order as they have no stock and takes ages to get refund. DO NOT USE!

I placed an order, and they sent the wrong item. Now they refuse to send my actual order until I research the best way to return their product, drive around town to get quotes, pay to ship the order back to them from overseas, and then wait for them to hopefully reimburse my added expense and someday send me the right order. They have not responded to my requests for shipping details to return their order, and I can't get my actual order until they get their mistakenly delivered property back. So now I'm forced to figure out and pay for their expensive overseas shipping with no idea when

Staff follow you all over the store and look down at you constantly making you feel unwelcome. Ended up going to flannels spending my money there. Disgusting staff. If you want to shop at a place where the staff think there better than everyone and think there great looking gym freaks then shop here, it's worth the trip just to laugh at the staff the way they go on. If my dog had a face like half of them I'd shave its ars and teach it to walk backwards. Avoid this place and shop at flannels.

Terrible! They showed a stone island jumper with a description of shadow project. So I brought it payed hundreds for it. When received item it was a Ghost piece stone island not shadow project. Messages them loads of times , they never bothered getting back to me. Don’t bother using these use the proper retailers.

Poor Customer Service- do not order from here!
I purchased an item and on returning it I was informed that I would not be refunded due to the item not being returned within their 14 day period. I returned it within 16 days.
Unless you are 100% sure that the item you are buying is for you do not purchase from here as there is no opportunity to return an item in store for a refund let alone via postage.
Would not recommend this clothing shop in the slightest!

Although it sells clothes and brands which other stores do not sell in Sunderland, it is very overpriced. I have found that even though the clothes are of a high quality it is daylight robbery as the majority of clothes are priced upto three or four times as much as identical clothes in similar clothes stores. If you have the money to buy overpriced clothes then this is the store for you, i would recommend asos for similiar products without being hustled.
