Impeccable customer service and really lovely to deal with. I panicked when I missed the guaranteed Christmas delivery date but took a chance on placing an order this morning and attached a message with my order asking if there was any way I could receive it before Christmas. The staff went above and beyond and within a couple of hours the order had been processed and they sent it via DHL Express to make sure I received it in time. I’ve just had a message from DHL to advise my parcel will arrive tomorrow. I will not hesitate to order with Great British Outfitters in future and would highly recommend

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Great British Outfitters.
The staff are polite courteous and very helpful. Nothing was a problem and the delivery service was second to non in fact it arrived a day earlier than originally told.
Hats off to them I will definitely use them again can only speak highly of Great British Outfitters. Thankyou once again 😊👍

I ordered an expensive jacket from this company over four weeks ago. After chasing a number of times, I was promised each week the jacket would be delivered. This was a gift. However, 4 weeks later they've told me the jacket is discontinued. They offered me a replacement jacket that is 100 pounds more expensive after they've failed to deliver the original jacket I purchase four weeks ago. Poor communication, still awaiting a refund. Please do not order from here if you are purchasing a gift and working to a timescale. I'm extremely disappointed. Appreciate there are covid impacts but please dont

I ordered the Harkila Pro Liner gloves from another retailer and was told that they were discontinued when I called to find out why they hadn’t been shipped.
I phoned GB Outfitters and they took the trouble to phone me back.
They checked for stock whilst I waited on the phone and then took the order over the phone.
Gloves arrived the next day with UPS.
I am very happy with the Harkila gloves. I like the Stone Brown colour and the fit/feel is perfect for shooting.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Quite simply the WORST customer service and company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I can’t leave a review, so I will leave you comments as you refuse to respond to email.
This has been reported to trading standards today, as I promised in my most recent email, should you not respond - you did not.
I ordered an item in mid-December. In late January the wrong item arrived. Despite it being damaged and considerably late I suggested I keep it due to errors (turned out it cost a little more than the item I originally ordered).
Eventually, they responded

Very stressful shopping experience...wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Took my money immediately but I had to chase the order by phone and email to get delivery. Needed to return the item, paid to send it back insured, arrived next day but had to chase again for the refund and when it came through, the original shipping price was deducted from the refund (supposedly free for orders over £100), so I basically paid £14.60 for the privilege of trying on an item that was unsuitable. GB Outfitters then told me that it says this in the small print, so I am pointing it out in large print

Don't order from this website until we are out of lockdown and things are back to normal.
I ordered a pair of MUCK boots back in December as they were showing that the size I wanted was in stock and they clearly weren't! I sent various emails to the company chasing stock, then requested a refund and only ever received one reply. I had to put a claim in via paypal as a last resort and have now received my refund thankfully. Why couldn't they have replied to my message and been honest about the situation.
