Carers are overall nice but sometimes seem apathetic. The website is misleading. Thankfully, they've taken down the blatantly fake stock photos, but the food is often not locally sourced and freshly prepared - especially in the evenings, when it's often powdered soup and tins of pasta from Tesco's. The location is convenient for visiting.

The personal care and dedication to the welfare of the residents here is fantastic, and their care for the residents families is both supportive and compassionate. I would highly recommend The Dales as a caring, sensitive compassionate place for your loved ones.
