Supposed to have had a interview with 'Faria', she was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional because she was questioned about the necessity to duplicate Information. Made accusations about being "attacked?!?" Clearly not her field if she can't answer legitimate questions that prospective workers ask & takes them personally.Think she needs a customer service training/refresher course and Career teachers need to replace her as a point if contact.

I am delighted with my experience as a primary supply teacher working with Career. They bend over backward to find jobs that fit my preferences and availability. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Absolutely fantastic Supply Agency to work for. Can't fault their professionalism. Josie was my consultant, who was fantastic from day 1 - always there to offer advise and support when needed. I can't recommend them highly enough! Registration was smooth and straight forward and the transition into Supply teaching was managed extremely well. Communication was always excellent. Great agency. I honestly recommend careers teachers, they are a professional agency and the staff are very helpful and caring. The manager is extremely sweet and helpful and the staff working alongside here are so caring. I remember there was a time where i was in such a stressful situation and i needed to get in contact with the manager but she was off site and the staff are careers teachers were so helpful and supportive, they actually tried contacting the manager. During the managers off day at work, she still managed to contact me and help me out, which i thought was so sweet. They are a professional

Useless agency I registered with them which was a waste of time after didn’t hear back from them got Emails saying there were Roles available then Emailed someone from the SEN team who’s name I’m not going to mention saying can I discuss the roles with you but no response then after I got fed up signed up with another Agency which isn’t far from career teachers office and they got me work with in days please avoid this agency they don’t give you no updates and they don’t know how to communicate properly

I went for an interview in November that was set up by this agency. I was told that I was successful and have emails from a member of staff as proof. I mistakenly told a member of the team that I am pregnant and they told the Headteacher of the school without my consent. I was told that even though I was willing to travel over in January to begin… work that I would have to wait until September which I accepted. Looking through the reviews, it's no surprise that others have spoken so highly of the same consultant that I've dealt with for the last year - the fantastic Lauren Wood! So much so that I'm sad that I'll no longer be dealing with her (not because she's leaving, but because I'm moving to another part of London)!
