It has been my first year using an accountant, as such a small business I wasn't sure whether it would be worth it or not. Having just submitted my first tax return with Chris I can say it definitely is worth it. What an easy process it all was. Chris is exactly what I've always been looking for in an accountant. It unfortunately took me a few years to find him but now that I have, I couldn't be happier! Chris and Michelle are fantastic to work with - they have a client centred and professional approach, yet remain incredibly friendly and approachable. Highly professional accountancy firm. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I had phoned around for an accountant and spoke to several firms before I spoke to Chris who made me feel at ease. He explained the service they offer and gave a breakdown of the costs involved which were very reasonable compared to other accountancy firms. Our year end accounts and corporation tax return was completed promptly and with no fuss. Would highly recommend especially to anyone doing their first year return.
