This organisation recognises that all children have a right to protection from abuse. The Childcare Club and Little Elms Nursery takes seriously its responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of all children. The Childcare Club and Little Elms Nursery values the abilities and achievements of individual children, and is committed to providing for each child the best possible environment for learning and development.
The Childcare Club promotes a healthy lifestyle and wants to give your child a great start in the morning. The Breakfast Club is run every morning during term time and offers a variety of breakfast for your child to choose from. After all of the children have finished their breakfast they will have the opportunity for free play until it is time to go to school.
The After School Club is run everyday during term time and at the end of the school day, at 6 different locations across Worthing. The after school club runs from the end of the school day until 6pm. We are dedicated to involving the children at every level; as this is their club, therefore, each child has the opportunity to be involved in activity planning, choosing equipment, deciding on snack menus, decorating displays and setting up the room.
All other school children meet in the club area. On arrival at each club the children are registered and then have a healthy snack. After snack the children can play. During the session the children also have the opportunity to play outside and join in with craft based activity. At The Childcare Club we embrace playwork.
The Childcare Club provides a wide variety and ever changing range of activities to suit all ages including arts & crafts, woodwork, competitions, dancing, games indoors & out, sports, swimming, dressing up, face painting, discos and I.T. etc. Holiday club is open to all children aged 3 to 12 years old from any school or nursery.
