Very friendly and professional, left my little baby (car) there on a Friday and because of the area of concern they were aiming at least by Thrusday, on the following Monday I got a phone call saying the car was ready to collect, due to personal reasons I had to go on Tuesday and the collection was very quick and easy, all COVID-19 measures were taken and the car was nice and clean.

Make sure that everything is as it should be when you take the vehicle back. No one there care about it afterwards. They just ignore your calls.

The repair was good and the people I spoke to were nice, however the after care, not great, I have marks on my car that were not there before they took the car and lots of over spray on my rear window, I've called sent photos and videos but heard nothing. I'm unlikely to use again or recommend at this stage.

Halo contacted me and arranged to pick up of my car from my home and deliver a courtesy car saying it could take 3 to 4 days to fix my car. From ringing my insurance company the evening of my accident to recieving my car back took just 6 days. The staff at Halo were all very polite and helpful the work on the car was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Job well done. Car collected with a recovery even if it wasn’t necessary. Then delivered by a driver. Had a small problem which was immediately resolved by the manager Chris, hats off for this man, great work towards customers satisfaction!!! Recommend this place 100%

Cannot praise Halo more, sorted my car after an accident. They were helpful and kept me informed as to how repairs were going. Dropped my car washed and valeted at my work even waiting half an hour as I was stuck in traffic. Brilliant service.

I would highly recommend Halo to anyone. After being involved in a car crash and needing body work done to my car, Halo was recommended by my insurance company. From the moment I called them they were kind, friendly and reassuring. My car was with them for less than 3 days and has come back immaculate. I am so grateful for all their hard work and amazing customer service.
