Highly recommended. I'd recently just bought a used Volvo S90 and took it to Poole Accident Repair to look at a variety of different paintwork imperfections that came with it. This ranged from scratches, damaged lacquer, dull marks, etc. The booking-in process with the customer service team was fast an efficient - I had an appointment for an estimate the following day.
In assessing the car, Colin was able to remedy almost all of the issues on the spot in under 10 minutes, and at no cost! Made my day!

Having had an atrocious experience from the recovery company Poole Accident Repair stayed open so we could be delivered there, looked after us amazingly, including repeated phone calls to the recovery company to try and get us a taxi and finally carried out an excellent repair. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Picked up my Golf yesterday from Poole Accident Repairs, really impressed with the quality of the workmanship.This firm really does put cars back to their original condition.

A number of people recommended Poole Accident Centre to me not least a professional car detailer. I received a first class service when being quoted and was given solid advice on which plan of action to take and was ultimately advised to return the newly purchased car to the dealers. This was despite the estimator knowing he would not have the opportunity to carry out the work. Although I didn't have any work carried out I know they have a great reputation for quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to return if and when needed in the future.

Great service and quality workmanship. Poole Accident Repair are my local Audi approved repairer and as such have put my lovely Audi back to as it should be. Looking like new. As others have said there is a reason they are an approved repair centre. They understand what needs to be done to properly repair your car and they do it to the highest standards. Excellent service and quality workmanship. Thanks to Louise for keeping me up to date. Other garages did not correctly estimate the extent of the work required to bring car back up to original standard after repair. Poole Accident Repair did, and this was validated by an independent insurance assessor. There is a reason why this garage is Audi approved.

After being hit in a car park by someone who drove off without leaving details I decided that Poole Accident Repair Centre was the best place for returning my car to showroom condition and they did not disappoint.
In fact the workmanship is such a high standard I am delighted.
The whole process was made easy and I was kept informed.
Would thoroughly recommend plus you get the 5 year warranty.
The car was cleaned inside and out - it was just like picking up a brand new car so thank you.
