Applied for a role via their website and also sent CV directly to Phil May with a covering letter, explaining why I was a very good fit for their client. Didn't receive any response and called the next day and left a message. All that happened was the recruiter sent me a connect invite on linkedin! No interest in talking to me about my suitability for his client whatsoever. Best avoid this company if this is their usual service.

Absolutely awful phone manner and pay no attention to detail on the job description or the candidates actual name. Was so obvious that the guy stole me as a candidate of another recuiter as I was initially contacted by someone else.
I would suggest to train your staff how to talk on the phone, read the job description and learn the candidates name before approaching anyone for a new role.
Plus I didn't even get an email that I requested for the job that they were so eager for me to apply for. Highly not recommended. You are dealing with
