Victoria House took care of my Grandma for 10 years until her passing at the end of October 2020.
I cannot thank everyone enough for the exceptional level of care you provided to my beloved Grandma over the years.
Manager and Senior staff were always considerate of the need to incorporate us, as her family, into my Grandma's care. They also took a very in depth approach to delivering personalised and holistic care which met all of my Grandma's needs.
Care staff always went that extra mile when delivering care and my Grandma was always happy, she considered staff as her family, which was lovely
