Short staffed, lack of record keeping for comfort checks, diet charts and repositioning. Dangerous moving and handling skills seen by staff members no attention to privacy and dignity observed with two staff members lack of care with cleaning patients, call bell left unanswered for up to 45 mins on a daily basis. Many agency nurses employed who were ‘in charge’ of residents and staff they didn’t know. Failure to provide prescribed pain relief. Extremely poor care. Avoid. (This review completed by a health care professional). It gets one star for the one staff member who did show some care
