We decided to use Bundy and Bond as we'd heard great things about them but also wanted support a local business and we were not disappointed once. The whole service provided by Bundy & Bond (Michael in particular) was outstanding, they went above beyond throughout the whole process (long 8 months) Michael is defiantly an asset to the team. Had the pleasure of communicating with Bundy and Bond whilst purchasing a house over the course of roughly 9 months last year, All the staff I spoke with always knew exactly what was going on in respect of the purchase, and they always let us know when they were going to be on annual leave/who would be covering the work in their absense. Michael has been excellent through the whole purchase of my first house. From the first viewing, to the collection of the keys, his enthusiasm made it a pleasure to deal with him! He was always waiting at the property on viewings which made a nice change from some of the other estate agents I had dealt with. I cannot recommend Bundy & Bond highly enough. From start to finish they offered excellent service. Not only did they deal with my house sale to a higher standard than I have been used to on previous sales, they also showed great compassion to my personal situation and reason for moving and were instrumental in me finding my new home too!
Then when the chain was complete the team worked so hard to keep it all together and moving forwards, which was not an easy task.
I found everyone in the team lovely and helpful to talk to and going 'above and beyond' was just how they operated as standard.

Our experience with the whole team, and Michael in particular at Bundy & Bond was absolutely fantastic. Michael was our main point of contact throughout our rather long journey, which consisted of our chain falling through 4 times. Michael kept us reassured and positive, he was incredibly responsive and professional, but also gave us sound advice with the problems we suffered along the way. Michael at Bundy and Bond has been extremely helpful in helping us find our first home. After looking at numerous properties over the last year, we told Michael exactly what we were looking for and he kept that in mind throughout. Any properties that later went onto the market Michael was great at updating us and booking us in for a viewing straight away so we didn’t miss out.
