Unreal estate agent for students, 100% the best in Bristol. We once had a water leak in our bathroom at 1am in the morning and the contractors were out straight away, fixed within the next week. Other times a garage broke and it was fixed 30 minutes later. You wont get this with any other estate agent, and very supportive.

This will be the second year my daughter has rented from P J Reyolds. We have always found them very friendly and helpful. They have always listened and been quick to sort out any problems (which have been very minor). We are happy to use them again and to recommend them to others.

I lived at the PJ Reynolds property above the letting agents in 2018-2019. Was a bit funny living right above the estate agents but Phil and Fiona were fantastic landlords. They even stopped the TV licence guy from coming in after we had been watching iplayer on the sly, which saved us a fine. Very grateful.They came to fix things straight away and were very fair with the deposit. Nice to see that there are nice letting agents out there. You see so many horror stories but was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend.

Really, nice, accessible and friendly business who feel genuine and caring compared to so many others. I can only imagine that the negative review here was made by a very bad tenant or a representative of a competing business because it seems highly unlikely that this bunch would behave this way. Whenever we've had problems, there has been prompt follow-up and Fiona is very understanding and accomodating of any financialor personal problems so long as communication is kept open. Ethical, helpful and a pleasure. Honestly the best landlord / agents I have ever experienced and would try to go back
