Feetmatters Dartford Foot Clinic
We are a Podiatry and Chiropody clinic offering our patients exceptional treatments, covering all aspects of foot health and care. The human foot consists of 26 bones, bound together by ligaments and supported by muscles. It is a very complicated part of the body which works very hard everyday. Yet it is often one of the most neglected parts of our body.

On average our feet carry us over 70,000 miles during our lifetime. Feet Matters offer treatment and prevention of diseases and disorders of the feet, ankles and lower limbs. Treatments range from general foot care, including nail cutting and reducing hard skin/callus and corns to nail surgery and providing care services for more long-term health conditions such as preventative diabetic foot care and rehabilitation after surgical procedures.
Services
We offer regular routine maintenance appointments as well as one-off appointments for a wide range of podiatry treatments at the clinic. A podiatrist can alleviate and treat foot pain as well as all sorts of other problems in your feet.

Foot problems might include: nail cutting, corns, calluses, hard skin, verrucas, foot pain, toenail problems (fungal nail infections, thickened toenails, ingrown toenails), athlete's foot, smelly feet, dry and cracked heels, bunions, blisters, ageing feet, sports injuries and foot care for diabetics. If you are not sure which treatment is right for you, please call, we will be happy to chat over the phone in the first instance.
To keep your feet healthy, we recommend regular visits to a podiatrist. Routine foot and nail care will minimise the risk of developing problems with your feet, protecting your mobility and general wellbeing. Treatments can involve cutting and filing nails, removing corns and/or calluses and reducing hard skin areas.
Podiatry can offer a solution for ongoing foot pain. It can also help unresolved pain elsewhere in the body. If your feet and ankles are malaligned it often means your knees, hips and back are also out of sync and causing pain. Correct the position and support of the feet and the rest of your body follows as it does not have to try and compensate for a bad foundation.
Corns and callus are very common complaints that cause discomfort in shoes and when walking. Fortunately, we can offer lots of treatment options and advice in how to best deal with these and to keep them at bay for as long as possible. We all have skin that is thicker on the heel and ball of our feet.
Feet Matters are experienced in treating sports injuries to the feet, ankles or lower limbs. Injuries in the feet are very common as a result of the high forces and repetition of movement sustained during sporting activities. Some sports injuries are the result of trauma: an awkward knee twist in a rugby tackle, a sprained ankle while running or a hockey ball striking the foot.

I was suffering for weeks with my first ever ingrown toenail 🤮 and with a 2 year old little boy constantly stomping on it, bleeding, swollen and very very sore I knew that I had to get it sorted. I googled a couple of places around the area and after calling Feet Matters, spoke to a wonderfully friendly Lady on the phone who was so sympathetic but very reassuring. Had me booked in for the next day which was amazing!🙌 Nervously turned up for my appointment and was greeted by the Lovely Rob. In pain I explained everything and was instantly put at ease by his calm, professional and friendly

If you need footcare, I would highly recommend you go to Feet Matters.
I phoned to make an appointment and was spoken to by Claire, who was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know concerning the assesment, including the price, how long it would take and if I needed directions.
I went to the appointment and was met by Robert who immediately put me at ease with his kind and friendly manner.
Robert carried out the assessment and i was pleased to know that no treatment was necessary and there would be no charge, which I was not expecting as I'm sure there are many clinics out there

This place needs a good clean. The treatment room was dirty, including thick clusters of dust on the bottom part of the patient's chair. There was also mould on the wall and brown stains on the worktop and the sterilizer. Not very reassuring when your child is having a treatment that involves making an open cut to their sole. Spoke to the receptionist, who was quite dismissive. Won't be visiting them again.

I only popped in to find out what could be done... I’d had a very stubborn cluster of verrucas for years and had tried all sorts of treatments, including a severe freezing process from the GP, twice! Nothing had worked. After visiting this clinic (I received a very welcoming and informative service) I was advised to come back after my holiday - but the verrucas have now vanished! Now that is what I call service! Amazing.
