I offer a professional, comprehensive service in all areas of foot complications ranging from basic to complex. The Foot Surgery is located in Hornchurch town centre within close proximity to car parks and bus routes. Did you know that the Human foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles? It's little wonder that at some point in our lives 3/5 of the population will experience discomfort in their feet or lower limbs.

Verrucae are warts that accur on the soles of the feet and also on the hands. They are caused by the Human papilloma virus (HPV). HPV is highly contagious through direct 'person to person' contact. Verrucae's thrive in a moist damp environment. They are unsightly and can become very painful. Several treatment options are available for verrucae, depending on patient suitability and location of the region.
By analysing your movement/gait and casting your feet, we are able to create bespoke Insoles/Orthotics which help realign you; therefore reducing the excess forces and stresses that your feet are subjected to on a day to day level, due to misalignment. This in turn will facilitate you moving more effectively and with less pain.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease whereby the immune system attacks the tissues that line and cushion the joints. The joints of your body are covered with a lining called synovium. The synovium acts as a lubricant. Rhematoid arthritis destroys the synovium, this makes the foot and ligaments much weaker leading to foot deformity.
A prescription foot orthosis is a device designed by your podiatrist that reduces any abnormal motion, it also helps realign the foot into a normal position. Orthotics can provide stability to the foot and correct injury causing imbalances. Simple insoles can be designed specifically for you to deviate pressure from painful lesions ie, corns, drop metatarsals and areas of injury.
