My husband needed a taxi to take him to hospital, and was really unsure about using the taxis around here as we haven't been here for very long, and we found Richard who was very good and reassuring that he would take us there, and even came back for us later in the day, excellent journey there and back, we will definitely use him again when required. Friendly and courteous and reassuring.

Recently moved into the area and needed a reliable taxi service. Richard ticks all the boxes. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable, always arrives on time. Top Notch Service.
I searched the internet to find a replacement taxi service following several failures by other firms. Richard came up trumps! Efficient and professional in every way. He was spot on for punctuality, even for a very early hours pick up to Gatwick airport. When our return flight was cancelled he altered his schedules so that he could pick us up from the rearranged flight the following day. His prices are very competitive too!!

Let me tell you how much we LOVE this amazing man and his taxi service. He went above and beyond to make our London experience a most incredibly comfortable and hassle-free time, when it came to traveling around the cities not by the tube or train. We CANNOT thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. We truly enjoyed our conversations and feel like he is part of our family.
