At Poppets there is always a safe phone you can use in an emergency whatever that emergency may be. To have regard to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in order that all that we say and do is in the best interest of the child. We have an "open door" policy welcoming visits from parents, carers and other professionals.

We strive to build positive relationships with your child, recognising that they are unique with an individual personality and learning style. Our curriculum is child led with learning targets in line with "Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage" and Early years outcomes.
Our qualified and caring staff offer a range of "learning through play" activities, giving your child the opportunity to explore, question and experiment in order to extend their knowledge and gain understanding through fun practical experiences.We value your input to help us offer your child activities in line with current interests and meet individual needs.

It is with regret that we are no longer able to offer families the facility of swapping sessions, credit or flexible payment terms. We will, of course, always try to help in the event of a family emergency or unexpected change in circumstances. We require all attending children to be registered with us and ask that you ensure contact details remain current.
