Called on a numerous of occasions as the locking mechanism had gone on our french doors, they told me to bring in the mechanism so I did then they told me they will need the serial number so I told them what I could find that’s no good we need to see the gears. So another journey there which they did measure every component of the locking mechanism, right they said can’t call the manufacturers as it’s Saturday fair enough I said but we will call them first thing Monday morning and we’ll let you know if you would like to go ahead with the order. Didn’t hold my breath on that one as I had

Having used Doorworld on 2 previous occasions to fit oak doors to all rooms in 2 houses we knew the customer service was exceptional from this business.
On this occasion Gary initially visited to measure up for soffits, fascia boards , guttering and down pipes and provided a competitive quote. Scaffolding was arranged by them with Adam and Ben meticulously replacing the latter from black fittings to all white. What a transformation.
We are so impressed by this business that we arranged for the garage door to be replaced with an electric roller door, the house staircase to be changed to Oak with
