I initially left a poor review about this firm 4 months ago! I have adjusted and changed my opinion of the previous review now following positive resolution of the issues around my original complaint! The staff at vista panels were great at helping me to obtain a replacement front door that I needed, especially the lovely Heidi who went above and beyond to help me resolve the problems I was having, Paul also needs mentioning in the office for his input in helping with the replacement door! Just had new door fitted this morning and we are delighted with the outcome and wish to say thank you to all
