Services
Bluebells Day Nursery is a small, family-owned business that was founded in 1997 by Helen Lloyd. We endeavour to create a home from home environment across our two nurseries to provide children with a sense of belonging, as well as ensuring that parents and carers are confident when leaving their child in our care.
Bluebells Day Nursery opened by Helen Lloyd in memory of her late husband Rob Blewett who died suddenly from a rare form of cancer at the age of 24. Totally devastated, Helen's future dreams were shattered as she had not only lost her husband but also the chance to have a family. She left her job as a financial advisor for a bank and set out to open her own day nursery, knowing absolutely nothing about the industry.
Our thriving nurseries provide a nurturing and family atmosphere for children to play and learn. We are passionate about creating a home from home environment that allows your child to flourish through new and exciting experiences. This nursery is located in a refurbished, two-story house with a large garden that is also surrounded by local parks and is in the heart of the community.

Bluebells Bromborough is an outstanding Nursery. Our little boy has settled into Pre School so well. He has only been going for a few weeks and has done so many fun things already. Tapestry learning journal is an amazing tool to see the progress and fun the children have (don't know how you all get so much done in one day). The staff do a brilliant job and make Bluebells a fantastic Nursery. Thank you all so much. Would definitely recommend Bluebells.

Bluebells is such amazing company to work for I had such amazing time there met some amazing people couldn’t of asked for a better work place so much to do their so many different rooms and activists for the children to do..I do have to say I miss this place and I will be in soon to see all the old people I haven’t been at bluebells now for 4 years and I do miss that places.. so I hope your all looking forwards to seeing me.. I will pop in soon to see you all and when am little one due I’ll bring him in to see you ❤️

Our little boy has attended Bluebells in Bromborough since he was 12 months old, and is currently having a fantastic time in Tweenie Room. The staff are professional and caring, and made our son (and us) feel extremely welcome from the very start of our Bluebells experience. Parents are regularly updated on their child’s personal developments and… achievements via Tapestry, and reading about what our son has been doing, together with looking through the photos of him, is really lovely. This is my 20th year of working for Bluebells and it has been a fantastic journey . I cherish all the memories I have made a long the way with staff, children and parents! I couldn't be prouder of all our achievements and our amazing teams in both settings. I have had the privilege of caring for so many children throughout the years, watching… them thrive ,learn and grow through our home from home nurturing environment . I'm new to the team at Bluebells and it's such a lovely nursery that I'm proud to be a part of! I have worked at Bluebells Day Nursery for 14 years and never looked back. The children and staff are like one big family, and parent's have good relationships with us. When walking to work the children still remember me from nursery and always shout my name or wave to me and it's so rewarding. I would recommend Bluebells for our caring, nurturing team which helps both parent's and children to settle with us to have fun whilst learning and meeting their milestones.

I love being apart of the Bluebells family and helping the children grow into their own independent clever little selves. The children bring me a lot of joy and make me laugh everyday and I love to help and teach them in the best way. I started training in Bluebells in 2013 and qualified with my level 3 and am still there today. The reason I enjoy my job is the children. It’s amazing to see how much they grow and learn everyday. Seeing them try hard to do something and when they’ve achieved it, seeing their face and how happy they are. There are many educational activities… throughout the day and it’s great how parents are able to see what their child is up to with the use of tapestry. If you’re ever worried about your child, give us a call and check up on how they are. No matter how busy we are
