The translation service is at competitive price and speedy. There were some errors in one of the letters translated. They offered me initially a replacement document to be sent by email and also by post which would have been Ok if I didn't need the document so urgently to be taken to London for certification in an embassy the day after I realised the mistakes. I didn't like the fact that I was told that it was my responsibility to check the document as soon as it arrived but I didn't think about doing that as I don't know the language into which it was translated at all and I happen to see the

I am pleased to write this comment for London Translation Services. I and my husband has jut moved to London from Germany and needed our medical documents translated from germman into English and we needed this as a matter of urgency. Before contacting London Translation Services I contacted many other translation agencies in london but none of them could guarantee completion of my translations for next day, I was lucky to speak to London Translations Services manager who appreciated the urgency of my case and guaranteed my translations for next day.

Very satisfying experience - dedicated staff, speedy response both for offering a quote and issuing the translation work, easy payment option, done remotely and effectively.
Only improvement area is I found a couple of mistakes in the translation to french (I am a native french speaker) but they were minor and I did not have time to ask for it to be changed.
Overall: a very rapid good quality service, good value for the money. I recommend.

Absolute Interpreting and Translation Ltd review
The service provided by Absolute Interpreting and Translation Ltd was incredible.
From the quote, where somebody came back to me within 2 hours with an estimate and answered the few questions I had to the actual translation where everything arrived within the 2 day estimate.
I thought it was great.
Additionally they are certified ATC which is always a plus for official documents.

The good things:
I liked the fact that they answered me really quickly when I asked for the quotation. The price was the lowest one and I did try lots of places. Also the translations were ready in two days which is quite good.
bad things:
I have had documents translated before and they respected the format of the originals. I don´t think that would be a problem for them to be as good, but I was a little bit dissapointed when I saw them.
Another dissapointing thing was the fact that i have to come here to write the feedback to get my hard copies, as I was expecting them in two days as well

This was the cheapest service I found which was great.
However it took almost 2 weeks to get the translation, despite emails sent chasing the transcript which were read and not actioned. Upon telephoning we were told that the quote could not be found and we would receive a call back which we did not receive. We did receive it the next day. I then have to go throught his review process before I can get the hard copy which was not indicated at the start and is not really acceptable.
