We can collect and return your bike if required if you live within our mobile repair area: MAP. Why not pop in and ask if we can convert your bike? SCAMMERS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order and for a month and a half they did not send it. I called customer service for 3 weeks with no answer at all. I left messages for Brad several times and nobody EVER called back. I want to cancel and order somewhere else, but the website does not give me the option. They charged me right away for the parts, but NO ANSWER AT ALL!!!

ATTENTION!!! ONLINE THIEVES!!!!
I ordered parts on 7/03/2018 they claimed my order would be received 7/11/2018 7/17/2018 now its the 7/22/2018 and still no parts ....I sent three online messages and no response...I have called twice and got answer machine left messages and no call back ....Tomorrow I will call better business bureau in there area and file complaints....I have had to turn to my credit card company to get my money back MRCYCLES will not answer there phone or return calls or email...

Went in today to look at a r1 and they only had one that was brand new but 2 years old. Not really a big deal but it took 25 min for someone to realize that I even existed and was in their place of business! While standing there I watched a sales person look directly at me and then go sit in his chair. When someone relized I needed help they said that a bike that has been sitting in their showroom for 2 yrs is probably their best deal... mhhhhmmm I think I’ll go somewhere else to make my 16k investment!

My husband and I live in Spartanburg SC and had been searching everywhere for a used Polaris Ranger. We located one here and made the hour plus trip to check out the Ranger. Just really professional, knowledgeable people working there. Courteous, helpful, worked with us to make a good deal on this used Ranger and added a few things in that they didn't need to since it was a used vehicle. We will definitely check in with MRCycles next time we're in the market for this type of vehicle.

I went in to purchase a bike I had looked at. I asked the sales person what their best out the door price would be as I had priced the same model bike at another location. He said he had to do a write up before management would offer a price. So, we sat down and he took personal information. Then he went to the office. A few minutes later the assistant manager came to the table. Assistant manager showed me a price. When I said it wasn't good enough he just got up from the table and walked away. I purchased a replacement brake line, which MRCycle replaced with a newer part (without telling me). When I received the part, it looked different, so I called and expressed concern. I was told to send the part back, and they would correct it once the old part was received. I called a week after I shipped it to them and was then informed that it was a newer part that superseded the old part (so the new one WAS correct). They also informed me that they couldn't find the part that I sent to them. I was forced to call them (they never called me back, ever) several times and some reps were downright
