Your Home Property Management operates in London, and Essex. Your Home was set up because we recognised many leaseholders were unhappy with the residential property management companies they experienced. Many leaseholders felt their property management company were simply too big and remote to really care about their specific block.

We saw that Resident Directors, leaseholders, and landlords, had different priorities. The Your Home Property Management Team is led by James Cooke MA ARICS MCIH. James has over fifteen years experience as a property management professional with a track record of delivering outstanding services to customers. He has worked at some of the biggest landlords in the UK, delivering services to thousands of homes.
You will really appreciate our customer centred approach to residential property management. But don't just take our word for it - if you're thinking of changing managing agent we would actively encourage you to talk to our existing customers. If you want complete control over your flat then clubbing together with your neighbours, and buying your freehold, is the ultimate.
Both options put you in control. Buying your freehold, however, means you will never have to pay ground rent again. But buying the freehold is more expensive and more complicated than gaining the Right To Manage. If I could I would give they 0 stars. Poor quality, value and unprofessional. I have had first hand experience with this company, they made all sort of excuses to why they couldn't simply clear the gutters as well as deliver on the rest of the maintenance. Also I have read other solicitor searches/ management packs which have highlighted a number of issues regarding this company and reasons why the were replaced.

Big thank you to you James, and David, over the years, who have always been quick to respond to issues, arranging to have things like fly tipping removed very quickly. They are always so speedy and helpful (because the old management company was very slow!) and their speed has meant we can trust that things are resolved quickly.

Since James Cooke | Your Home Property Management have taken over
the management of our block of flats, repairs and updates have been speedily carried out and most importantly the service charge has fallen. The previous managing agents rarely answered the telephone nor did they call you back. With Your Home Property Management if they don't pic up your call, leave a message, James has always got back to me. It's such a relief to have them as our managing agents.

Your Home Property Management contracted a company to refurbish the communal areas of our flat in Goodmayes. All flats paid 16k in total for what looked to be about 4k worth of work, they have not provided a record of where the money has been spent and we are talking even supplies. I am shocked, at the poor quality of work. I have found them slow in their responses and have had to chase them up about 10 times whenever I have had an issue. I would not recommend them.
The company tried to justify the work that was carried out and said we were late in telling them there was an issue. Funny thing

I had a lengthy conversation with David whom was very helpful and appreciative of the problems I am experiencing with my current property management company. He provided some helpful advice, was very open and honest and fully understood what I am going through. Although I am not a client of YHPM I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
