We have our own full time training hall in Sittingbourne that is fully matted with seating for parents and other family members. The instructor is fully qualified and insured and is a full time professional martial arts instructor.

We have the largest club in the area with great students already training. The atmosphere at the clubs is very friendly and supportive. We have been teaching this club for the past 16 years.

Gary started his training in 1982, he has trained under many different Taekwondo instructors giving him a a well rounded perspective of Taekwondo teaching and classes. Gary has competed in Taekwondo competitions since 1987 and has been teaching Taekwondo for the past 17 years. He is the reigning British Senior sparring champion and has won several National titles during the last 20 years.
The Tiny Tygers class is a fun filled half an hour packed with warm up exercises, games, running, blocking, kicking and punching. The 30 minute class packs in lots of different elements to keep the little ones moving. They also have to remain quiet during the class unless we are playing loud games.
A programme designed specifically for young children. The Taekwondo class keeps the children moving, the games are designed in such a way that they do very little waiting and at the end they should be tired from all of their efforts. This will help their fitness, concentration skills and their general health.
The high grade students are in a separate class (Sittingbourne only), it gives us chance to go right back to basics of how to punch, kick, block and move properly. You don't need a uniform to start, come along in tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Learn a useful skill, have some fun, get fitter and stronger, build up your confidence and train up to black belt in Taekwondo.
Strengthen and tone your upper body and abdominal muscles, improve your stamina, beat stress, improve hand eye co-ordination and balance, improve your focus, concentration and flexibility. Box away the calories. Boxercise is fast becoming a popular option for those who want to enjoy the numerous health and fitness benefits of boxing, without actually having to hit anyone.

A brilliant place for ppl of all ages to learn. I have been helping my brothers x4 kids come here and the instructor is great with them all from 4years old to 10yrs. He gets the really little ones to enjoy it with basic moves but also active moving about with games.
