It is always a pleasure to work wioth Iguana Developments and be party to seeing their innovative and client-focussed designs come to life. EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING FROM IGUANA AND LETTING WITH MYPAD
We have been extremely satisfied with the service from Iguana Developments and My Pad. We bought our first flat at Liberty House in April 2019.
Initially, when we were exploring investing in new city apartments we approached several letting and estate agents and found Danny Gough at My Pad to be the most helpful. He already had a good working relationship with the managing director at Iguana Developments, Jason Coleman.
Jason is very hands-on. He greets potential buyers himself; takes them through each available property and the options
