A major part of what we do is commercial contracts. We have vast experience in this sector and currently do shop fitting and building tasks for W Boyes & co of Scarborough who at the moment have 50 high street retail stores along with our other high street retail customers. As a company we take pride in every aspect of our work to give a very high standard of work back to all our customers.

At Lansco we realise the importance of recycling and our carbon footprint minimisation. With this in mind we are happy to state that all our waste is recycled where possible. This has prompted us to recycle all our gypsum and plasterboard waste. Lansco handles some very large clear out and regeneration jobs for retail companies.
We have been in our new office now for a couple of years and we can now say we are well on the way to having it how we envisioned it! We now just need a new glazed aluminium front door and the reception finishing! Our new office is on Witham at the bottom of Holderness Road so pop in if you need anything quoting.
Loft conversions when done correctly and to building regulations are an affordable way to add an extra room to your property. Unfortunately not all builders work to the high standards that Lansco offer and over the past 7 years we have seen various building issues that could have caused damage to the property and also injury to the home owners.

After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted Lansco for a quote on some building work.
The owner, walked me through the process and kept me in loop every step of the way. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I.
Overall a great job that came in on time and budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Lansco have just finished our renovation and extension on our home in Beverley all works completed on time and in budget. Very knowledgeable professionals who were insightful with cost saving measures that helped get us completed in budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family for domestic or commercial build projects.

It was clear from the start I had made the right choice speaking to Lansco about a house extension I needed. They presented various options, benefits and ideas to suit the style of house with a variety of competitive quotes to work within the budget I gave them.
I was pleased to find a quick response to my initial query, and could tell that they have a lot of passion and pride in not only the end product but the customer service along the way.
