Our Season Site Fee includes Pitch rent Local Authority Rates, Electricity (nothing more to pay during the Season).

Services
If you want a holiday home away from the bustle of urban life and the more commercial holiday resorts, Hutleys provides the perfect setting with its well maintained caravan park areas supported by up-to-date services. Our staff are always friendly and obliging and our facilities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
A refundable deposit of 50 will hold any 'for sale' caravan to enable you to arrange finance or a personal loan. We will hold caravans for up to 7 days. Additonal charges will be made for connection to Ramtech Security system or for Winter drainage charge if these have been requested by the owner. Owners are not asked to upgrade their caravan.

Please do not rent of a Sandra brown. My aunt rented a caravan with her 4 children. 2 toddlers and 2 with disabilities. The place was filthy and the outside table and chairs (plastic) was broken. My aunt… kindly sent a message and pictures and was so rudely spoken to and was given the run around first it was her mum that was supposed to have cleaned and then it was her brother we have proof no one cleaned. And now she is trying to say my aunt left it dirty when it was spotless so she doesn’t have to give back deposit but Sandra. We have asked her to send pictures to proof it as we

Attempted to book swimming ahead of a holiday weekend with over 120 attempts to get through from 09.00 to 10.00 as well as several attempts to speak to reception which became increasingly rude. Having been over a year since restrictions would have been put in place I would of expected a telephone system with a queuing function or some sort of online booking form to be available, neither of which are hard to implement or expensive features. When I did manage to get through I was told that almost all 3 days I wanted to book where fully book.

A good place for a family holiday. Shame, however, that the beach does not belong to the very neat - during a week's stay, twice after arriving on the beach we found a lot of bottles, cans and leftovers after grilling - but it rather shows us - tourists who do not care about the environment. Another minus that during the day a powerful tractor drives around the beach and helps motorboats to drain their equipment into the water. Prices in nearby stores or restaurants are not reaching the sky - a big plus - thank you.
