We met a number of friends here a few weeks ago and whilst we were quite a big party, we were well looked after. They have a great selection of drinks and the food was very good. We have been here a few times now and never disappointed.

We came for my cousins 21st birthday, we were a large party and the staff had gone to the effort to blow up balloons and decorate the area for us. Despite there being over 12 of us, all of the food arrived on… time, hot and beautifully presented! Thank you so much to all of the team for making my cousins birthday meal so special! Would so recommend here to anyone. With or without dogs. So friendly, excellent room's with dog beds. The food was the best we had on our 4 day travel through Yorkshire, Scotland and back via Lancashire. I am known to moan but also praise when due and praise was worthy. Rob the manager was so welcoming and it was a real welcome not fake, made us feel at home , made us feel like family

Was great night sleep, really comfortable beds. My only down fall would be the hot water not working when we arrived wasn't working and they didn't do alot of gluten or dairy free options.
But over all great.

Excellent hotel in a handy location. Cottages superbly fitted out. Lovely breakfast and very good evening meals. However latter are rather large, could do with a smaller portion available. Would definitely stay again.

Pizza perfection. What an inspired menu, lots of very different choices, we shared 3 pizzas, beef & blue, duck & hoi sin and the paprika chicken & king prawn. All just fantastic. Our friend had the chicken pie and commented on how much good quality chicken was in the filling. Lovely friendly and professional waitresses too. Well done, keep it up. P.S. you'll need a healthy appetite but if you don't, they'll happily box up your pizza to take home 👏

We recently held our Son's Christening here in their beautiful function room and marquee and we couldn't have been happier! We were able to create a wonderful experience for our friends and family, with delicious food, private outside space and Caroline and her team couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend 😊

Partook of a well earned drink in the afternoon, whilst awaiting to book in at the adjacent marina apartments, later we returned for a meal. Fabulous food, two of us had steak, which were perfectly cooked to our request.
We had a lovely evening, all our food was amazing, and the service excellent. Well done to all the staff in these difficult times.

Avoid if you require gluten free 😔 first meal out with my husband without or baby for my 30th birthday. I ordered the only GF main and didn't look too closely at the sides as I saw pork and I'm not fussy so just said the gluten free pork. I ate quite a bit of what turned out to be non gluten free sides (potatoes, black pudding, brocoli with gravy) before being told I was given the wrong dish. There seemed to be a lack of care and just were told my meal was taken off the bill. Ruined our night.. and the next few days.

Just had a meat platter which was extremely disappointing. Not a lot of it, and what there was, was very bland and poor quality. Bread was stale too. Definitely not worth £14.50 and no where near enough to share!. On the plus side, the beer was good

Had a take-away from Longlands Inn and Restaurant, Carnforth today. The meals were absolutely gorgeous! As you can see, Rosco Coltrane loved the sausage they made especially for him - with his own little… doggy sticker on his container lid. The whole process from start to finish was reassuringly Covid-safe. Will definitely be ordering again!
