I phoned to try to arrange a viewing and they wanted us to get a guarantor just to view a property to rent(!!). We are in our 40s, own another property and are in the process of signing contracts for new jobs, my wife having been given a start date to work for an investment bank in the square mile, hence the move. Apparently because we are not 'currently' working we have to have someone co-sign our lease!
The guy's response on the phone when I said that we would not be doing that was: "Good luck finding a property then." (!!!!)

We recently sold a property with M and M Properties and were impressed with the level of service we received. Turhan was our main point of contact and he went above and beyond to market the property, keep the sale process going and coordinate with the various parties involved. From our initial contact with Turhan at the valuation of our flat to the subsequent sale was a very pleasant experience. Turhan was very helpful, attentive to our needs, exceedingly dedicated and professional at all times. He always responded quickly and kept us informed throughout the process and achieved a very quick sale at the full asking price.

M&M Property provided excellent service during a recent sale of my property. Turhan in particular was a great help throughout the process and was genuinely engaged with our sale. This was my first time selling a property and the level of support of was very good, especially through price negotiations, and later in chasing the local authority. Overall it has been a pleasure working with M&M Property and I would recommend them to other looking to sell.

We have rented an apartment with the help of "M & M Property" in Stoke Newington and were very happy with the service provided and experience throughout. Alex was a very pleasant and professional agent who showed us the apartment and was very prompt and efficient to guide us through the whole process. We had a hiccup with a previous landlord, but Janet was extremely helpful and effective to get our contract through the finish line. Had a great experience using this agency, specifically through the help of Alex at the Newington Green branch. Alex was helpful, responsive, friendly and professional throughout the process. Given these uncertain times, we were really surprised and pleased with how smoothly the rental process went. It's the first time we've had a positive experience with an agency! There was no worry of a hidden agenda, or pressure to put forward an offer we weren't 100% pleased with. Overall we would highly recommend and will certainly look to use them again in the future.
