Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Professional, helpful and friendly. They made the whole proces extremely easy and pleasent from initial contact. My viewing was with Alba and although the initial property I wanted had been taken off the market she assisted me in finding another. Can't reccomend these guys enough.

Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague. Scam artists would give 0 stars if possible.
Engineered and exploited a situation to try and scam me out of 12 months rent.
All in all a nightmare experience, 5 weeks after paying securing deposit they still had not been able the most basic questions about energy council tax and water rates. Despite this they carried on pushing me to sign the lease and move in, they then tried to tell me that my employer was not responding to their reference company and needed to pay 12 months rent upfront because my reference had 'failed' but when I spoke to HR

I must admit the reviews of Living space made me slightly worried when I researched them. I have a very high standard for service and rarely take the time to write reviews, however my experience with Living space has been exptional. Since moving in they have been very responsive to any inquiries, I was the first person to move into my flat and they even accommodated suggestions such as a shelf in the bathroom and curtains. Since living here the whole team has been professional, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t ask anymore from a letting agency.

I honestly cannot thank Living Space enough. I was recommended to them by one of my friends who have rented through them and i am extremely pleased.
They kept me updated throughout making it a smooth process for me as everyone knows moving can be stressful.

Living Space were the most helpful estate agents I have ever used!
at first I booked a viewing in with Ali who was professional and was able to answer many of the questions I had for him, he showed me round the property and I decided to put a holding deposit down.
the referencing process was really easy for me, once that was done I was then in contact with Toni who was also very professional and helpful, she sent me the contracts and arranged everything.
would highly recommend!! cannot thank them enough and I am now an extremely happy tenant in my new property.
