Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Brackenborough Hall Coach House provides award winning self-catering accommodation on our 800 acre farm. We are only 2 miles from the lovely Georgian market town of Louth, 10 miles from the sandy beaches and nature reserves of Lincolnshire's coast and less than an hour from Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, Hull and Skegness.

Our apartments - Granary, Stables and Saddle Room have been converted from our 18th century Coach House. Since opening in 2007 we have been delighted to win both local and national awards recognising the quality of accommodation and the warm welcome that we extend to all guests. An apartment equipped to a five star standard in an historic building full of original features.

Groups - To book more than one apartment, start by booking one and look out for the 'add another property' button. Alternatively, book the apartments separately under one name. Midweek holidays (up to 4 nights excluding Friday and Saturday) are cheaper than weekends.
We were given a farm tour by Paul (the owner) - if you want to sit in a tractor or combine, get booking. The Coach House is situated next to Brackenborough Hall at the centre of our 800 acre farm. 500 acres are at Brackenborough Hall Farm itself and the remainder is split across nearby Hirds Farm and Deighton Close Farm.
The Bennett family are privileged to have lived at Brackenborough for over 100 years. We really enjoy sharing the beauty of the estate with guests and feel a strong duty of stewardship for future generations. A commitment to protecting the environment is a key part of this.

In the Coach House we use low energy lightbulbs and environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible as well as encouraging guests to make use of our recycling bins.We offer free seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden and sell local Lincolnshire produce. On the farm, Paul is part of the Higher Level Environmental scheme.
We were delighted to win business of the year, as well as being highly commended for Self Caterer of the Year! After being highly commended last year we were delighted to win self caterer of the year! The Select Lincolnshire Awards recognise our commitment to promoting local food and drink to our guests, including produce from our own garden.
Granary occupies the entire first floor of the Coach House and provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 people in two family bedrooms (plus two double sofa beds in the living area). It was built above the stables in the 1870s to store sacks of grain from the farm. Kitchen with dishwasher, two fridges, a freezer, large cooker, microwave and a washing machine with drier.
