This survey includes a detailed inspection of all accessible areas, including the roof space, and is condition rated. In addition to the text of the report, each section is given a condition rating which helps prioritise any defects noted. These condition ratings are also coloured green, amber and red, very much like traffic lights.

We have prepared a significant number of Help to Buy redemption valuations and desktop extensions, all of which have been satisfactorily processed by Target HCA. A Reinstatement Valuation is an estimation of the cost of rebuilding a property in the event of total destruction.

I have never had to go to the point of writing a bad review but Mr Paul cox
is very unprofessional and rude does not care about his companies reputation
i called to make a payment he told me he was too busy cant give you the details look through your emails. i told him there was a lovely lady called Jo who was so helpful last time provided all the information within a minute or 2.
he told me she's back in on Tuesday call then so i have to wait 6 days because Paul was too busy open my file he then told me you didn't even say thank you to me for coming to your property to check to the damp that
