These are our most comprehensive level of survey and reporting. A Building Survey will almost certainly bring to your attention defects that you didn't know existed. Knowing about building defects in advance will save you future expense and help safeguard your investment. These are a basic level of report in a pre-printed format prepared by the RICS.

Would highly recommend 3J's services, they were fast, thorough and reliable. Iain who carried out my survey couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of detailed pictures and helpful advice. I even had two lengthy telephone calls with Iain so I was able to have a full understanding of the report. Wouldn't consider using anyone else for my next survey.

I would highly recommend to not use this company. I had a surveyour called jim survey a job that a customer and I had in dispute, Jim was supposed to be a mutual party but in the end Hiba report was incredibly biased against my company with the conclusion saying the evacuation of site wasnt up to standards.
I followed guidelines of building regulations using 100mm minimum of type1 mot as a subase which is correct and a pass. I asked him if I could make test holes on drive to confirm my correct depth of mot in which he said wasn’t needed. I phoned the office over 16 times asking for Jim to call

We (leaseholders of two separate flats) hired Iain to negotiate with the freeholder's agent for purchase of the freehold. It was a difficult and lengthy negotiation - unlike the other party, Iain was professional at all times and we've landed with an excellent purchase price as the outcome. I'd definitely use 3j's services again.
