Based in Galashiels in the heart of the Scottish Borders I have, over the years, built up my portfolio of wedding cakes, novelty and occasion cakes and enjoyed every minute of it. Every cake I have done has been admired by friends and family who encouraged me to make the transition from a hobby to a career and realise my ambition to own and run my own designer cake business.
My aim is to create a WOW factor so each cake is designed with the recipient in mind and personalised to your individual needs. As this is such a personal service I have a limited number of cakes per week that I can design and create. With more complex cakes and all wedding cakes, a consultation will be arranged where we can discuss your needs and create the perfect design to fit in with your theme and colour scheme.

This is a sample gallery of the newest of the contemporary cakes I have completed over the last year or so. They are all baked using a high standard of ingredients so they not only look spectacular bust also taste delightful as well. Prices are variable depending on design so please contact me with your requirements and I would be happy to provide you with a quote.
You are hugely talented. The cake looked spectacular and all of our guests commented upon how beautiful it was. The design worked well with our day and the colour of the ribbon and sugar flowers matched the bridesmaids' dresses and colour scheme perfectly. Plus, the chocolate cake tasted amazing. The cake was moist and the icing and chocolate cream were divine.
