I have been their customer for years, and I understand that any business have ups and downs, but at this time it was a big disappointment, ordered food at 19.38 and came after few phone calls to see what’s going on and hearing their unprofessional way of dealing with a client and their blames on the system, driver etc.. finally came the food just before 10pm. The food looked and tasted disappointing and the chips were like cardboard as though it had been forgotten and reheated😞.

I placed an order last night via the app after 1 hour 40 minutes I rang the store to find out where my order was to be told they would have a look and ring me back. 10 minutes later they rang back and told me… it had been delivered already, I assured them it had not been delivered. I was told they needed to speak to the driver who was out and they would phone me back. 40 minutes later I rang to ask what was going on to be told the driver had delivered it to the wrong address and the order would be with me in a few minutes. This food is awful 🤢. I have a lot of take outs so know good from bad and this was truthfully the worst we have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend to someone I didn’t like! Seriously it’s that bad! Salad not in… existence and what was tasted awful. The kebabs had virtually no meat in. One of the kebabs had a piece of gerkin! 🤷♀️. Size portions couldn’t be smaller. The pizza was awful too! I would not go back and would advise others to avoid also. Find someone who appreciates customers and their money. They do not mark as delivered on
